IF ONLY is all about providing you, A PROGRESSIVE EXPERIENCE – where comfort, experience, sustainability and a sense of community come together. Located at Regal House, we’re part of a lifestyle collective that brings food, beauty, and wellness under one roof, in the heart of our city

Here, we’ve woven sustainability into everything we do. From the way we plan our menu, to how we design our space. Our produce-driven approach ensures every ingredient is used to its freshest and fullest potential, enhancing flavour while minimising waste. We try to prioritise using every aspect of each component, this means bones will be repurposed to make delicious stock, sauces and reductions, fats from chicken and beef will be rendered into oil.

We’re focused on more than just the quality of our food. Here, we’re taking on a sustainability commitment. From waste management efforts to the upcycled architecture of our restaurant, we take the extra step to being more eco-conscious, in line with our brand mission. Our in-house compost machine churns raw food waste into fertiliser that we use to nurture and grow the fruits and vegetables in our orchard, which we then harvest and use to serve you at our restaurant

All around our space are pieces of marble furniture that have been upcycled from old marble samples. From waste to treasure, our one of a kind pillars, floors and tables tell stories of its long history in this place
